APPLICATION FOR ACCESS CARD

Only visitors provided with an access card can acces to the 64th JTIC meeting.
2 options to register:

After your register, you will receive an invoice that you can settle by CB / VISA / MASTERCARD, check or bank transfer.

Your personal access card will be available at the reception desk. You will have to present it to hotesses enter the congress center.

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

Preferential rates for:

- AEMIC members (2013 membership fees paid): 250 €
- groups of 10 persons minimum (-10%)

	For any 2 days registration (in November 13th and 14th), AEMIC proposes you the best solution for transport and contributes to your traveling costs between Paris and Reims:
	Return by TGV train offered on Thursday, November 14th at 5:15 pm. Subscribe to this option on the registration form or during your online registration before November 1st. A ''car pooling'' vehicle is provided with departure from Parisian train stations and Parisian airports. Terms and booking: +33 (0)1 47 07 20 69 or aemic@wanadoo.fr.
	The online registrations will close on November 1st at 00:00 am. Any registration made after this date or on the event site will be subjected to increased prices: 350 € for 2 days and 210 € for 1 day.
